NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. HOWEVER, REDEMPTION OF THE PRIZE REQUIRES ENTERING INTO A PAID AGREEMENT WITH SPONSOR AS DETAILED BELOW.
ELIGIBILITY
The $7,000 Design Services Credit Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to property owners in the Greater San Diego area. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Homeowners do not need to be in the Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel service area to enter. Employees, officers, and directors of Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel, Sarita Landscapes, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on September 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, there are three (3) methods of entry:
Visit MurrayLampert.com and complete the online entry form with your full name, email address, telephone number, and physical address.
Click on the entry link in the Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel emailed newsletter and complete the required entry form.
Call Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel or Sarita Landscapes offices directly and provide your full name, email address, telephone number, and physical address for entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address and per household during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2025, to be eligible. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, addresses, or any other methods will void all of that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV")
One (1) Grand Prize: $7,000 Design Services Credit consisting of:
$3,500 credit toward a Design Agreement with Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel
$3,500 credit toward Landscaping Design services from Sarita Landscapes (Murray Lampert partner)
ARV: $7,000. The prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. The Design Services Credit cannot be converted to cash value under any circumstances. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or household. The Design Services Credits must be redeemed in their entirety and cannot be partially redeemed. The winner must enter into design development agreements with both Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel and Sarita Landscapes to claim the full prize. The credits are subject to the terms and conditions as set by Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel and Sarita Landscapes.
REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS AND ASSOCIATED COSTS
To redeem the prize, the winner must enter into design development agreements with both Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel and Sarita Landscapes. The prize cannot be partially redeemed - both design agreements must be executed to claim the full $7,000 credit.
For the Murray Lampert Design Credit ($3,500):
Enter into a design development agreement with Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel for a project with a minimum total contract amount of $150,000 (not including Homeowner Direct items). Standard design development fees range between $5,500 and $13,500, plus any outside consultant fees needed to complete design work. The $3,500 credit will be applied toward these fees, with any remaining balance being the responsibility of the winner.
For the Sarita Landscapes Design Credit ($3,500):
Enter into a landscaping design agreement with Sarita Landscapes for a project with a minimum total contract amount of $30,000. The $3,500 credit will be applied toward landscaping design services, with any costs exceeding the credit amount being the responsibility of the winner.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Both design agreements must be executed to redeem the prize. The winner cannot redeem only one portion of the prize. Redemption requires entering into the respective design agreements with the specified minimum contract amounts and may involve additional costs beyond the credit amounts. The design credits apply only to the design phase services and do not cover construction or installation costs, which would be separate agreements and expenses.
If the winner does not redeem the entire prize within three (3) months of winning, or chooses not to proceed with both required design agreements, the entire prize will be forfeited.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
SECOND CHANCE DRAWING
All eligible entrants who do not win the Grand Prize will be automatically entered into a Second Chance Drawing for a $250 Gift Card to Dixieline (redeemable at Dixieline retail locations).
One (1) Second Chance Prize: $250 Dixieline Gift Card. ARV: $250.
The Second Chance Drawing will be conducted on or about January 7, 2026, following the Grand Prize drawing. The potential Second Chance Prize winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within approximately five (5) days of the drawing and must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of attempted notification.
The Second Chance Prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. The gift card is subject to all terms and conditions set by Home Depot. If the potential Second Chance Prize winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.
All other rules regarding eligibility, notification requirements, tax implications, and general conditions apply to the Second Chance Prize winner as described in these Official Rules.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about January 7, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within approximately five (5) days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of attempted notification and may be required to: (a) complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within seven (7) days of notification attempt; and (b) provide their social security number or tax identification number for tax reporting purposes. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to return the required documentation within the specified time period, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
TAX IMPLICATIONS
The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for all taxes (including federal, state, and local taxes) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. The winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within seven (7) days of notification attempt. Failure to comply will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If a winner is considered a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded to parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. By accepting the prize, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown, and biographical information for publicity purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the uploading, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to an entrant's computer system which is occasioned by accessing the Website or participating in the Sweepstakes.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in San Diego County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

WINNER LIST
For the name of the Grand Prize winner, available after February 15, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "$7,000 Design Services Credit Sweepstakes - Winner List Request," Murray Lampert Design Build Remodel, 2851 Camino Del Rio South Suite 310, San Diego, CA 92108. Requests must be received by March 15, 2026.
